Freelance HR Interview Consultant IT Hiring

Pratiti Technologies is looking for an experienced HR professional on a freelance/consulting basis to conduct HR interviews for candidates being considered for various IT roles.

What We’re Looking For

- 12+ years of overall HR experience, preferably within the IT/Technology industry
- Strong experience in conducting HR interviews for IT professionals
- Ability to assess candidates on communication, stability, career aspirations, compensation expectations, notice period, cultural fit, and overall suitability
- Good understanding of IT hiring and candidate evaluation
- Strong interpersonal, probing, and decision-making skills
- Professional and objective approach while providing interview feedback

Engagement Details





- Interviews will be conducted in person at Pratiti Technologies' Baner office, Pune
- Consultant should be available to conduct interviews on weekdays as well as Saturdays, based on scheduled requirements
- 1,100 will be paid per completed HR interview
- The Pratiti TA team will plan and coordinate the interview schedule and ensure a minimum of 3 face-to-face interviews per scheduled interview slot/day
- Preference will be given to HR professionals residing in or around Baner and nearby areas for ease of travel
