Technical Manager - Facility Management Services

Job Summary

Manage and oversee all technical operations, maintenance activities, and engineering services to ensure safe, productive, and uninterrupted facility operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
- Lead and supervise engineering and technical teams.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Ensure statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
- Drive energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients and resolve escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.




- 8-12 years of facility management or building operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and facility maintenance.
