Position: Tele caller & Placement Executive (FEMALE ONLY)

Job Location: R.V. Desai Road, Near Pratapnagar, Vadodara

Role & responsibilities

- Cold Calls to Prospective Suitable candidates for suitable positions for different clients.
- Sharing all the important Job & Client details to candidates in professional way.
- Answering incoming calls
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing & prospective candidates.
- Aids in developing and maintaining strong candidates relationships
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Screening CVs/Resumes of all interested candidates according to their suitability.
- Post Job to appropriate job portals.
- Meeting revenue targets.




- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Data Management & Management of Correspondence
- Customer Service & Market Research
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Resolving office-related issues

Preferred candidate profile

- FEMALE Candidate Only
- Any Graduate with communication skills (English / Hindi).
- Fluency either English or Hindi is must.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Should have a positive grip on computers & good mathematical.
- Tele calling requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Should be a born Tele-Caller & Human Capital Builder
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
- Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
