Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new US IT Staffing clients and build long-term relationships.

Develop relationships with Hiring Managers, HR/TA, IT Directors, MSPs, VMS, and staffing partners.

Generate new IT staffing requirements and job orders.

Manage client accounts from acquisition through requirements, placements, and account growth.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms.

Work closely with the recruitment team for candidate delivery and placements.

Achieve targets for current clients, requirements, placements, revenue, and account growth.

Requirements:

610+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development / Account . Management.

Proven track record of US client acquisition and account management.

Strong US client network and ability to generate active requirements.

Good understanding of C2C, W2, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire staffing models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong hunter mentality and proven revenue-generation ability.
