Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with international e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, 1stDibs, and Chairish.

- Good knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewelry terminology.

- Strong knowledge of product listing creation and management, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, categories, tags, and keywords.

- Ability to upload and manage product images, inventory, SKUs, variations, and product attributes.

- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace requirements.

- Regularly update pricing, inventory, promotions, and product information across platforms.

- Handle customer inquiries, orders, shipping updates, returns,



and marketplace messages professionally.

- Excellent written and spoken English for good titles and descriptions.

- Ability to monitor product performance, sales, views, and conversions and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 Years of experience in e-commerce operations.

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Valuable problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Experience in jewelry e-commerce will be preferred.
