Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Delhi / Noida, Bengaluru or Chennai

We are looking for experienced local sales people to develop our SMT and electronics manufacturing business in India.

Main Work

* Find and develop new customers in your region

* Visit electronics manufacturing factories regularly

* Follow customer requirements and new projects

* Maintain relationships with existing customers

* Prepare and follow quotations with our China team

* Follow projects from first contact to order

* Collect local market and customer information

* Make regular sales reports

* Achieve agreed sales targets

* Help build and manage a local sales team in the future

Who We Are Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in SMT, electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment or related business

* Sales experience is preferred

* Sales Engineers, Application Engineers or Service Engineers with good customer relationships are also welcome





* Familiar with electronics manufacturing factories in the local region

* Likes visiting customers and developing new business

* Positive communication and English

* Able to work independently

* Willing to travel in the region

* Responsible, active and willing to grow

Experience with SMT machines, AOI, SPI, X-Ray, printers, reflow ovens, automation equipment or related products is preferred.
