e are looking for an experienced Architecture & Scaling Expert / Principal Architect to define the target architecture and establish the foundation for scaling an enterprise engineering platform.

The role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and reliable architectures across cloud platforms, data platforms, APIs, applications and distributed engineering ecosystems. The candidate should have robust experience in enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, platform architecture, integration architecture and large-scale platform design.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the target enterprise and platform architecture.
- Design scalable architectures for enterprise platforms and distributed applications.
- Establish platform operating models, integration patterns and deployment strategies.
- Define architecture standards covering scalability, security, reliability, observability and cost optimization.
- Design Databricks and Azure platform architectures.
- Establish API, data and deployment contracts across multiple repositories and teams.
- Define data-contract and cross-repository governance standards.
- Design multi-environment and multi-application deployment strategies.
- Define identity, access and data-governance architecture.
- Establish technical governance and architecture standards across teams.
- Identify and address distributed-system and cross-repository dependencies.
- Define disaster-recovery, reliability and operational standards.
- Work across engineering teams to establish shared architecture and platform standards.
