About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer & Account Manager who combines strong hands-on web development skills with excellent communication and client-management abilities.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising websites and web applications while also managing client communication, understanding requirements, coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between code, design, client conversations and project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Web Development

- Develop, customise and maintain websites using WordPress, CodeIgniter and Node.js.
- Develop responsive, fast and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Work with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Work with MySQL and other databases.
- Customise WordPress themes and plugins as required.
- Develop and maintain backend functionality using CodeIgniter and Node.js.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website, server, database and functionality-related issues.
- Optimise websites for speed, performance, security and scalability.
- Implement forms, CRM integrations, payment gateways, APIs and other third-party integrations.
- Manage website deployment, hosting, SSL, DNS and basic server-related requirements.
- Use Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems for development and deployment.

2. Website Design & UI/UX

- Develop modern, responsive and conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
- Convert designs/wireframes into responsive and functional websites.
- Have a strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design principles.
- Work with tools such as Figma, Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Create or modify website layouts, landing pages, forms, banners and website components where required.
- Ensure websites provide a consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Work closely with the SEO, PPC, content and creative teams to ensure websites support marketing and lead-generation objectives.

3. Client & Account Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned website and development projects.
- Attend client calls and understand their business and technical requirements.




- Gather requirements and convert them into clear development tasks.
- Explain technical concepts and solutions to clients in simple, non-technical language.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, content, design and development teams.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Follow up with clients for content, approvals, credentials and other dependencies.
- Proactively identify potential issues and communicate them to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong and qualified client relationships.
- Take ownership of projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have

- Strong experience with WordPress
- Good working knowledge of PHP
- Experience with CodeIgniter
- Experience/working knowledge of Node.js
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience with MySQL/database management
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Responsive web development
- Basic understanding of hosting, DNS and SSL
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems

Good to Have

- Experience with React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of website security and performance optimisation
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of technical SEO
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation integrations
- Experience with cloud hosting/server environments

Design & UI/UX Skills

The candidate should have a good understanding of:

- Website UI/UX
- Responsive design
- Landing page design
- Conversion-focused website layouts
- Figma or similar design tools
- User journeys and website navigation
- Design-to-development implementation

Advanced graphic design expertise is not mandatory. The focus is on the ability to understand website design,



create/modify layouts and translate designs into functional websites.

Client Management & Communication Skills

The candidate must have:

- Strong requirement-gathering skills
- Ability to understand business requirements
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

- 36 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development.
- Experience working with WordPress, CodeIgniter and Node.js.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, web development agency or similar environment will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple client projects will be an advantage.
- Experience working on lead-generation websites, landing pages and marketing websites will be an advantage.
