Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accurate real-time status updates.
- Track interview schedules, candidate movement, offers, joinings, and dropouts through recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely hiring delivery.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.




- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Corporate Hiring, Non IT Recruitment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Robust sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, social hiring platforms, and employee referral programs.
- Hands-on experience in candidate screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and salary negotiations.
- Exposure to ATS and recruitment management systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
- Prior experience hiring for automotive, engineering, technical, sales, customer support, or shared services roles will be an added advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
