The Branch Manager Agency Channel will be responsible for driving business growth through the recruitment, development, and management of agency partners. The role involves leading a team to achieve branch targets, ensuring high productivity, and strengthening company presence in the assigned market.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Recruit, onboard, and develop Agency Leaders / Advisors to build a strong distribution network.

* Drive branch business targets for sales, productivity, and activation.

* Monitor and guide team members through regular reviews, training, and field support.

* Ensure adherence to compliance, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

* Maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

* Implement strategic initiatives to improve persistency and product penetration.





* Ensure delivery of superior customer experience at the branch level.

### *Candidate Requirements*

* *Experience:*

* 5–6 years of experience in *Life Insurance – Agency Channel* (mandatory)

* 1–2 years of *team handling / branch leadership* experience

* Strong knowledge of agency recruitment, activation, and productivity management

* Proven track record of meeting sales targets

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills

* Ability to work under pressure and drive performance

* Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
