We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Transformation PMO professional to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and transformation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and improvement.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, build relationships, and communicate project progress and results.
- Analyze project data, metrics, and reports to inform decision-making and optimize project performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, issues, and risks to ensure projects stay on track.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a transformation or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership and executive teams.
