Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with GXP (Good X Practices) regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement effective regulatory compliance strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of GXP regulations, including FDA guidelines and EU Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Experience with data validation, development, and implementation of quality control processes.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools such as Generator AI or similar technologies.
