About the Role

Kaamdhenu Infotrade Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring motivated Sales Executives to sell CCTV cameras, surveillance solutions, interactive panels, and intrusion alarm systems. This is a target-based role suited to candidates with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in technology sales.

Experience in CCTV, security systems, interactive panels, or related technology sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, referrals, and business networking.
- Identify potential B2B and B2C customers, including dealers, distributors, system integrators, offices, schools, retail stores, and residential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options through phone calls and online meetings.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on enquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications, product availability, order processing, and delivery updates.




- Follow up on payments according to agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the sales tracker.
- Submit regular activity reports and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Higher secondary / Class 12 pass or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant sales experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, product pitching, handling objections, and following up with prospects.
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, surveillance, interactive panels, or intrusion systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable using email, online meeting tools, and MS Excel/Word.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- A disciplined, self-motivated approach to meeting targets and learning new products.
