Job Description:

5. Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications.
6. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
7. Provide hands-on coding support and conduct code reviews.
8. Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
9. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.
10. Collaborate with product managers, QA,



and DevOps teams.
11. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
