We are looking for a skilled Non-Functional Test Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for non-functional testing.
- Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in non-functional testing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
