We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Technical Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and productive software applications.
- Lead the development team in achieving project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality codebases using best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies including Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
