What You'll Do

- Career Counselling: Connect with working professionals from organisations like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and HCL Technologies to understand their career goals and guide them toward relevant upskilling opportunities.
- Business Development: Engage with prospects through calls, build relationships, generate qualified leads, and contribute to individual and team revenue targets.
- Customer Engagement: Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development.




- Candidates with 6 months of internship or full-time sales experience are preferred.
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Package: 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience).
- Uncapped Weekly Performance Incentives.
- First SIM reimbursement during OJT (as per company policy).
- Performance-based career growth and promotion opportunities.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
- Sunday: Fixed Off.
- Saturday: Half-day work.
- Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite.
