We are looking for a skilled Non-Functional Test Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-functional testing and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for non-functional testing.
- Lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge.
