End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business/hiring teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management: Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Hiring Targets: Work towards meeting recruitment timelines, productivity, and closure targets. Role & responsibilities
