Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator – Inventory Management to support inventory and manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining inventory-related records, and preparing reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update inventory-related data accurately and on time in Oracle/ERP systems.
- Verify documents and ensure correctness of information before making system entries.
- Coordinate with Stores, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other teams to collect required information.
- Track and maintain records of approved GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a timely basis.
- Prepare dispatch-related documents based on product and dispatch information.




- Coordinate and proactively share vehicle dispatch information with the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure material is issued in the system as per BOM and Material Issuance Slip.
- Follow applicable financial controls and procedures as instructed by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

- Good computer knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Business ERP systems.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food or FMCG industries will be relevant for this position.
