Role & responsibilities

OPERATOR - SLITTING

- To run the machine as per the SOP with Safety and Quality as top priority .
- To be able to operate all Slitting Machines to achieve the given target and quality in respective shifts.
- To guide the Assistant and contract persons for achieving productivity and quality.
- To do the trouble shooting in respective shifts.
- To record the production, parameters, and line clearance in logbook and ONEERP system.
- To maintain the self-hygiene and maintain the cleanliness as per SOP.
- To work as per the QMS and BRC system ,(work instruction, SOP)
- To understand the daily plan of allocated machine.
- To do on job training to Assistants and contract persons.
- In emergencies work as per the company requirements.
- To maintain the safety of the machine, man, and material.
- To adhere to all defined policies of the company.
- To adhere the attendance in full and maintain the discipline.
- To work as per Management Call for catering urgencies
- To perform all the activities related to production on the Slitting machines.

Functional Competencies required:

1. Communication skill.

2. Computer online entry knowledge.

3. TPM, 5S+S.

4. Technical training
