Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and marketing activities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.

Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

Maintain regular communication with clients and build robust relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.

Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth customer service.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Assist customers throughout the booking process until closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Own vehicle preferred but not mandatory.
