SOC Level 2 Analyst

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Security Operations / SOC.
- Hands-on experience in SOC monitoring, alert investigation and security event analysis.
- Strong practical experience with CrowdStrike as an endpoint/security monitoring platform.
- Ability to perform Level 2 alert triage and investigation beyond basic monitoring.
- Investigate escalated alerts and determine whether activity is malicious, suspicious or a false positive.
- Experience supporting incident investigation, response and escalation.
- Strong understanding of common cyber threats, attack techniques and indicators of compromise.
- Experience with custom detections and custom detection rules.
- Ability to support detection tuning and improvement of detection coverage.
- Analyze security events and available data to identify potential threats and determine impact.




- Experience working with or supporting a managed SOC environment is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate closely with security teams during incident investigation and remediation.
- Maintain clear documentation of investigations, findings, actions and escalations.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to work independently with US-based security teams.
- US working hours are required for this role.
- Immediate/early joiners would be preferred
