*Position:* Training Manager – Banca Channel

*Location:* Bangalore , Pondicherry , Vizag

*CTC:* 10 – 12 LPA

*Age Limit:* Up to 38 Years

### *Job Overview*

We are looking for an experienced *Training Manager* for the *Banca Channel* who will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for bank partners and sales teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and sales performance.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct *training sessions for banca sales teams and bank staff* on life insurance products and sales processes.

* Identify training needs and develop *structured training modules* for the channel.

* Deliver *product training, sales training, and process training* to improve channel performance.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

* Support sales teams in improving *conversion ratios and business productivity*.





* Maintain strong relationships with *bank partners and internal sales teams*.

* Travel across assigned locations for training programs (approximately *10 days per month*).

### *Eligibility Criteria*

* *Experience:* Minimum *2+ years of Life Insurance training experience* (Preferred).

* Candidates with *2+ years of GI/HI training experience* may also be considered.

* Solid communication and presentation skills.

* *Local language proficiency is mandatory.*

* Willingness to travel within the region.

### *Preferred Candidate Profile*

* Prior experience in *Banca Channel Training*.

* Strong knowledge of *insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines*.

* Ability to engage and influence sales teams and bank partners.
