Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide HR support to Plant operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.

- Coordinate with various functions (e.g., Production, Engineering) to resolve employee grievances and improve overall engagement levels.

- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment planning and selection activities.

- Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS) across the plant's workforce.

- Oversee HR Operations tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field, preferably in manufacturing industry.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline.

- Robust understanding of HRBP principles and practices; ability to apply them effectively at a plant level.

- Excellent coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
