Job Summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Sr Tech Lead - GenAI (VectorDB & MySQL) to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Python development, Vector Databases, and RESTful APIs, driving technical excellence and delivering scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Design and develop scalable AI applications using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with AI models and enterprise applications.
- Design and manage data pipelines leveraging MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Vector Databases such as Pinecone.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using embeddings and vector search technologies.
- Integrate Azure AI Search and other cloud-based AI services to enhance solution performance.




- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in Python development and AI application architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive successful project delivery.
