Role & responsibilities

OPERATOR - BLOWN FILM LINE

- To run the machine as per the SOP with Safety and Quality as top priority.
- Responsible for the Online Quality of the product run in his shift.
- To ensure the specifications of the running film is as per Job Spec provided.
- Responsible for every Job changeover.
- To Ensure healthy running of the machine.
- To ensure chillers are working properly at every moment.
- Supervising on the Operating set parameters such as temperature, rpm, pressures etc. Abnormalities to be highlighted.
- Maintaining the BFL Production Records and updating the Log notes and ERP.
- To ensure proper Resin consumption
- To start machine immediately in case of any Power failure or Machine stoppages without delay




- To do on job training to Assistants and contract persons.
- In emergencies work as per the company requirements.
- To maintain the safety of the machine, man, and material.
- To adhere to all defined policies of the company.
- To work as per Management Call for catering urgencies
- To perform all the activities related to production on the lamination machine.

Functional Competencies required:

1. Communication skill.

2. Computer online entry knowledge.

3. TPM, 5S+S.

4. Technical training
