JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Retail IT Support officer to manage and enhance IT operations across COCO and FOFO stores, warehouse, production units, and corporate offices within the Green trends.

- Provide store-level IT support for COCO and FOFO outlets through on-site and remote assistance
- Reduce and eliminate IT downtime across outlets to ensure seamless business operations.
- Conduct periodic planned visits to retail outlets to monitor and maintain IT systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of all hardware and software systems across outlets, warehouses, production, and corporate offices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for timely resolution of IT hardware and software issues
- Maintain and strengthen the IT infrastructure to support retail operations and brand performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost digital transformation initiatives for improved operational performance and accountability
- Ensure data security, system uptime,



and user satisfaction through proactive monitoring and support.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT issues, resolutions, and system health for management review.

DESIRED CANDIDATES CHARACTERISTICS:

- Should have 0-1 years of IT Support engineer
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting POS systems, networking, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service orientation.
- Exposure to digital tools, automation, or retail technology platforms will be an added advantage
