HR Operations role handling Employee Lifecycle, Exit Management, Offboarding, F&F; Settlement, Payroll Coordination, Leave & Attendance, Employee Queries, HRMS, Compliance, SLA, MIS, Audit and Process Governance.

Required Candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 6-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience
• Robust exposure to Employee Data management and Payroll/Exit process.
• Experience in Banking/BFSI/NBFC preferred
