Position: Agency Sales Manager (Agency Channel)

CTC: Up to 5.25 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales

Industry Preference: Insurance Sales (Preferred) | Any Field Sales Background Can Apply

Job Summary:

We are looking for agile and result-oriented candidates for the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors from the local market.

- Build and maintain a productive agency network.

- Train, motivate, and support agents to generate business.

- Drive insurance sales through the recruited agent network.

- Conduct regular meetings and field visits with agents.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing guidance.





- Monitor agent performance and implement growth strategies.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales.

- Insurance sales experience will be given first preference.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to recruit and manage agents/advisors.

- Target-driven and self-motivated individual.

- Graduate preferred.
