Job Description Banking Chat Process

Position: Customer Service Executive Chat Process
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
Shift: Rotational 24/7 shifts, including night shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through live chat.
- Resolve banking-related customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow banking processes, compliance requirements, and data-security guidelines.




- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate when required.
- Maintain high standards of written communication and response quality.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior live chat/customer support experience is mandatory.
- Banking/financial services experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and written communication skills.
- Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift workplace, including night shifts.
- CIBIL score must be above 680.
- Candidates should demonstrate good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
