About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store-level targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure adherence to Lenskart brand standards.
- Monitor key business metrics such as sales, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to address operational and business requirements.
- Support new initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and other business activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in retail/store operations.
- Prior experience in managing a team and driving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Candidates from reputed retail brands will be preferred.
