Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and certified SAP SD (Sales &

Distribution) Consultant with a solid working knowledge of Customer Service

(CS) module and PMP project delivery experience. The ideal candidate should

have in-depth knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, consignment sales,

rush orders, and cross-functional integration with MM, FI, CO, and other

modules. Exposure to S/4HANA and experience in at least one full end-to-end

SAP implementation is required. The candidate will serve as a key individual

contributor, expected to deliver hands-on solutions and actively participate in

project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD processes

including:

- Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle
- Consignment Sales & Rush Orders
- Pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processing
- Credit management and returns processing

• Ensure smooth integration of SD with MM, FI/CO, and LE modules.

• Handle configuration of pricing procedures, output types, copy controls,

and incompleteness logs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate

them into SAP solutions.

SAP CS (Customer Service) Responsibilities:

• Provide working-level configuration and support for:

- Service Orders
- Warranties
- Repair Processing
- Installed Base Management

• Align CS processes with SD and other logistics modules.

Project & Delivery Responsibilities:

• Serve as a hands-on project lead or key functional contributor in SAP

projects.





• Participate in full lifecycle implementations blueprinting, design,

realization, testing, go-live, and support.

• Apply PMP best practices in managing small-to-medium-sized SAP projects

or workstreams.

• Create and manage functional documentation (FS, BRD, Test Scripts,

Training Documents).

• Coordinate with development teams for custom enhancements, BAPIs, user

exits, and interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD, with hands-on configuration and

support.

• Working knowledge of SAP CS module functionalities.

• At least 1 full end-to-end SAP implementation experience.

• SAP SD Certification is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of OTC cycle, consignment, intercompany, third-party

sales, and rush orders.

• Hands-on experience in integration with MM, FI, CO and related logistics

modules.

• PMP certification or demonstrable project management experience.

• Experience with S/4HANA preferred.

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and interface with senior

business users.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and client-facing communication

skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to E-Invoicing, GST (India-specific) scenarios.

• Familiarity with ALE/IDOC, LSMW, BAPIs, Fiori Apps is an advantage.

• Experience in training end-users and post-go-live support.

Additional Responsibilities:
