Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Building Manager (BM) to be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is crucial for ensuring a superior client experience by building strong relationships, managing communications, and handling data effectively. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a talent for problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main liaison for all client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain robust, positive relationships with all tenants and client stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Track and report on key client satisfaction metrics, service requests, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and swift resolution of client needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and add value.

Qualifications





- Graduate / MBA with certification in Power Bi, Advance excel etc.
- Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or hospitality role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and data management abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel.
- A client-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
