Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and draft job descriptions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-up regularly
- Manage offer rollouts and negotiation discussions Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports Build and maintain a solid talent database
