Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Ahmedabad
Process: International Voice / Non-Voice
CTC: 26,000 -40,000 per month
Shift: Monthly Rotational Shifts (US/UK)
Main responsibility will be to manage customer interactions with international clients through calls, emails, and chat, depending on the assigned process.
Candidate Eligibility
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Robust customer-service orientation with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
