Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations of the apartment/gated community.
- Supervise housekeeping, technical and maintenance teams.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, MEP, DG, STP, WTP, pumps and other equipment.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Apartment Association, residents, vendors and service providers.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, weekly offs and manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor service quality, housekeeping standards and common-area cleanliness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain proper records of assets, equipment, complaints, maintenance and service activities.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Water Treatment plant or related field.




- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in apartment/gated community maintenance.
- Good knowledge of MEP, electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, DG and building maintenance.
- Experience in team handling and manpower management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be capable of handling residents and association committee members professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, Excel and report preparation.
- Tamil and English communication preferred.
