Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance agent performance.
- Foster solid relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-20 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services; ability to develop knowledge on new lines as needed.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
