Duties and Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCA) and internal policies.Should be Profecient in excel.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance processes for debt management.
- Audits & Monitoring: Conduct audits, monitor activities, and implement corrective actions.
- Training: Provide training to teams on regulatory updates and compliance standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in debt recovery practices.
- Complaint Handling: Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
