Key Responsibilities:

- • Develop PLC logic and HMI screens for compressor and industrial packages.
- • Perform PLC/VFD programming, parameterization, commissioning, FAT, SAT and troubleshooting.
- • Study compressors, P&IDs;, I/O lists, logic diagrams and E&I; documents.
- • Develop 3D plant, piping and equipment models using Autodesk Plant 3D, Inventor and prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- • Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, piping layouts, supports and material reports.
- • Prepare and review engineering/project documents, vendor drawings and CRS.
- • Coordinate with E&I;, Process, Projects, Procurement, QA and site execution teams.
- • Provide technical support during factory and site visits.

Required Skills:

- • PLC programming: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell/CAREl.
- • VFD programming and troubleshooting: ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Danfoss, Schneider.
- • Knowledge of compressors, piping, HVAC, equipment and instrumentation.
- • Hands-on experience in Plant 3D, Inventor and AutoCAD.
- • Understanding of P&IDs;, BOMs, ASME/IS standards and engineering drawings.
- • Valuable communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
