We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Trainer to train college students/young learners and prepare them for IT Service Desk roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training on IT Service Desk, IT Support and ITIL fundamentals.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, activities and real-world troubleshooting scenarios.
- Prepare students for technical assessments and job interviews.
- Mentor students and track their learning progress.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant Service Desk/IT Support experience.
- Prior experience training students/college learners is not preferred.
- Solid communication and classroom delivery skills.
- Available for freelance/part-time training in Kolkata Pune.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Hourly Payment: 800–1,300
