ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Robust ability to problem solving and troubleshooting hardware & software functionality.
• Understand customer control loop tuning and customization of each clients control strategy.
• Cultivate customer satisfaction through ensuring prompt customer response times and problem resolution.
• Interface with internal groups regarding optimization and resolution of software bugs and hardware issues
• Perform Bioreactor SAT and IQ/OQ Protocols execution
• Provides regular updates to management on customer requests for new products and on competitive activity; provide customer feedback to hardware and software groups
• Maintain a high level of integrity with existing and potential client base.

MISC FUNCTIONS:




• Maximize the service potential for revenue and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement technical assistance and product training to Sales group
• Obtain customer software backups as necessary
• Generate Field Service Reports and Billing Reports
• Generate SOPs and validation protocols as required
• Interface technically & assist in demonstration of

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Factory training for Emerson DeltaV software & components to include bus technology.
• Knowledgeable in Emerson Delta V control package, Singel use Bioreactor ,fermentor and temperature control unit
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude always.
