Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee die casting production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Manage a team of operators to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers to design new dies and molds.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in die casting supervision or related field.
- Robust knowledge of robot programming (Robot) is an asset.
- Experience with lean management principles is required.
