- Work on outsourcing work
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and building details
- Monitoring the work of Jr. Architects/draftsperson
- Communicating with a client, understanding their requirement, working on it, and delivering it as per schedule.
- Assist team in understanding scope of work and standards ( CAD and project/client), solving problems/questions. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Acting as a mentor to Jr. Architects/draftsperson and helping them fine-tune their drafting skills and improve their building detail knowledge.
- Education and Background

Skills and Proficiencies
- In-depth understanding of AutoCAD software.
- Excellent architectural knowledge and architectural drafting
- Good understanding of Structural drawings




- Experience in producing working drawings of architectural as well as interior projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good Team building quality
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English communication
- Adaptable, ambitious, and able to work across a range of project types and work stages
