- Lead, train and monitor the teams performance
- Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure excellent service

- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and stock management
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and outlet standards
- Support sales targets, promotions and customer engagement activities
- Coordinate with management and prepare daily operational reports
