Role & responsibilities

- Act as a Technology Expert and provide customers with engaging demonstrations of the latest gadgets, electronics and smart technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in smartphones, laptops, gaming, wearables, smart home, audio, TVs and other emerging technologies.
- Create excitement around current-age technology and encourage customers to experience before they buy.
- Support gaming and technology experience zones by engaging customers through interactive demos and activities.
- Maintain the experience centre as a high-energy, technology-focused and customer-friendly environment.

- Passionate about Gaming, Consumer Electronics and Emerging Technology.
- Confident in explaining technology and simplifying complex features for customers.
