We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling HR functions and working closely with management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Manage performance appraisal/PMS, KRAs, KPIs, and employee feedback.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Support management in employee retention, career development, and organizational planning.
- Handle HRMS and ensure accurate employee data and records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Good understanding of PMS, KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in handling HR independently in an IT/technology or growing organization will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, ownership, and people-management skills.
