Role & responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement robust backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
- Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs to provide flexible and efficient data retrieval.
- Lead efforts to containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes or similar platforms.
- Analyze complex legacy codebases and spearhead modernization initiatives to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure the performance, security, reliability, and compliance of backend systems.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET development and cloud-native technologies.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in backend development using .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy systems.
- Positive understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of T-SQL and MS SQL Server
