Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UX Designer / Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. The role involves working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to create and improve user journeys across mobile applications, mobile web, and web platforms.

2.) Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

3.) Work Mode: Work from Office

4.) Working Hours: 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM

5.) Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

1.) UX, UI & Product Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for mobile applications, mobile web, and web platforms. Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for recent products and feature enhancements.

2.) User Journey & Experience Optimization: Revamp and optimize existing user journeys, screens, workflows, and customer experiences to improve usability, accessibility, engagement, and overall conversion.

3.) Research & Design Validation: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation to understand customer needs and support product decisions.

4.) Design Systems & Responsive Design: Build, maintain, and enhance design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across products. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

5.) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Provide design specifications, assets, and implementation support to development teams.

6.) Data-Driven Experience Improvement: Use customer feedback, product analytics,



user behavior, and business insights to continuously improve the user experience, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Required Skills:

1.) 1 to 8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.

2.) Strong understanding of UX Design, UI Design, user-centered design, user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

3.) Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity UI design.

4.) Experience designing mobile applications, responsive websites, and mobile web experiences.

5.) Experience with user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping.

6.) Good understanding of design systems, component libraries, responsive design, and accessibility.

7.) Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

8.) Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

9.) Experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, Investment, WealthTech, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.

10.) Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms will be preferred.
