Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues for resolution.
- Develop detailed project reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in managing high-rise residential or commercial buildings projects.
- Robust understanding of PMC (Project Management Consultancy) principles and practices.
- Proven track record in finishing projects on time and within budget constraints.
